The Challenge

Peppers Media needed to generate high-quality B2B leads from the US market with a limited budget. Previous campaigns had high CPL and poor lead quality—sales teams were wasting time on unqualified prospects.

What I Did

  • Ran Facebook Lead Ads with custom audience segments and lookalike targeting
  • Built LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns targeting decision-makers by job title and industry
  • Created Google Search campaigns for high-intent B2B keywords
  • Implemented lead scoring model to separate MQLs from SQLs automatically
  • A/B tested 6 ad creatives and 3 landing page variations
  • Set up real-time lead tracking with attribution reporting in GA4

Outcome

Generated 250+ qualified leads in 90 days. CPL dropped by 60% compared to the previous quarter. Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate reached 15%, significantly higher than the industry average of 5–8%.
