The Challenge

What I Did

  • Built a lead scoring model based on page visits, time on site, and form interactions
  • Designed a 7-step email nurturing sequence triggered by lead score thresholds
  • Set up WhatsApp automation for immediate response to high-intent leads
  • Created deal pipeline stages in CRM aligned to the sales team's workflow
  • Configured re-engagement sequences for leads inactive for 14+ days
  • Built reporting dashboard tracking MQL-to-SQL conversion rate weekly

Outcome

The sales team now only handles leads that have scored above the qualification threshold. Lead-to-call booking rate improved by 40%. WhatsApp automation alone brought response time down from 4 hours to under 5 minutes for hot leads.
